What are the System Requirements?
MyPropFolio is a hosted (web based) application, which means there is no messy
installation or configuration required for you. MyPropFolio is completely accessible
from anywhere anytime, by anybody that you create in your system. The only
application require is an internet browser.

What forms of payment are accepted?
MyPropFolio requires a valid credit card. The following credit cards are accepted:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
- American Express
- Enterprise and agency accounts may arrange prepayment by check or electronic funds
transfer. Please contact sales@mypropfolio.com for details. A credit card is still
required.

Do you provide support?
Yes we do. Setting up is a very easy and intuitive process. If you are having
difficulty getting set up we would be happy to assist you. Please contact our support

What does the name MyPropFolio
mean?
MyPropFolio is the combination of three words, My, PROPerty and portFOLIO. It aptly
describes what MyPropFolio does - provides you a centralized warehouse for your
portfolio of properties!

Is there a Contract?
We do have a monthly contract. We offer discounted rates for signing up for one or
two years.

Are the prices flat monthly rates or
are they per user?
The pricing on each plan is a monthly service fee. Each plan you sign up for is per
company and can be used for multiple users within a company, but cannot be used by
another individual or company. Agencies should contact sales@mypropfolio.com for
information specific to agency plans.

How many users do I get with my
subscription?
You have an unlimited number of users that come with our product. We can support very
large organizations with many employees and/or partners.

What are your billing
procedures?
If you sign up for a free trial account, your credit card will be billed on the day
following your 14-day free trial, for the remainder of the current month, and for
the following month.
- Monthly Payments
On the 1st of each month we will process your credit card for the current month
You will be sent an electronic invoice with the payment information included.
- Yearly Payments
If you decide to pay for MyPropFolio upfront for one year, we are excited to offer
you a discount of 10. You will be sent an electronic invoice with the
payment information included. If you have any questions please address those to
billing@MyPropFolio.com.

Where are my documents, pictures and
information stored?
Your documents are stored on our highly secured servers which are located in a 3rd party
facility which has 24/7 surveillance.

How much storage space do I
get?
We have analyzed a number of properties that have utilized MyPropFolio and have found that
the average space per property is 150MB. From this analysis we have provided a maximum
storage space per property of 200MB.

How Secure is my property information?
When you access your account and perform transactions on www.MyPropFolio.com, we use
128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology—the most widely used method of
securing internet transactions available today.

To access your accounts, you must use a browser that supports 128-bit encryption among
the strongest methods available for commercial use.
- Online user ID and Password
Your sign on credentials are exclusively for accessing your accounts online – we don't
share them with anyone. We recommend changing your password periodically.
- Firewalls
The computers (aka servers) that run our site are protected by firewalls – systems
that prevent unauthorized access to our network and which are constantly monitored to
prevent security breaches.
- Timeouts
Your MyPropFolio online session will automatically end or "Time-Out" if you don't
perform any transaction for 10 minutes. To resume your session, you’ll have to re-enter
your username and password
