"The interface is so easy to use"
As an experienced Real Estate investor, my biggest frustration has been having information scattered everywhere. It’s too hard keep track of the data, I’m constantly asked to send information out and tracking the Property Analysis on various spreadsheets made this less than enjoyable at times. "MyPropFolio is the answer to my prayers"
My real problem is that I am a beginner real estate investor and I am coming into this market with no experience but with a lot of gumption! I plan to be successful in this arena and the more I know the better I will be. With that being said, I know I needed a way to track prospective homes, buyers, sellers, communications, activities and a way to calculate which properties would fit my money rules. "Key to scaling and duplication"
I’ve been dabbling in Real Estate Investing for 10 years but I decided to get more serious about it in the last two years. While I was having fun doing it and was making some money at it, I was having trouble scaling. My goal was to do two (fix and flip) properties per month but I needed to become smarter about what I was doing. That’s where the MyPropFolio system and software comes in. By using it, the information that used to be out there dangling in the wind, is now brought together to paint the picture of where every property is – which is key to scaling and duplication. "Customer service is wonderful"
MyPropfolio software is definitely a must have if you are entering into real estate investing. It takes the 'tough thinking' out of making those real estate decisions as to whether it makes sense on paper. I purchased the software and a monthly subscription and after a few weeks I realized I was not quite ready to get into real estate investing. I contacted MyPropFolio and they were very understanding and assisted me in making it a smooth transaction to pass on my software to a client that was ready to jump into investing.
